    Ready for the coin toss.

Four quarters, a play clock and down and distance, all on one screen.

    1. Enter the team names

Tap Home and Away on the board and type your school or club.

    2. Run both clocks

Start the game clock with the button or the space bar. Tap 40 or 25 to start the play clock between snaps.

    3. Score by play type

Tap TD +6, FG +3, XP +1 or 2-pt +2. Tapping the big score adds a touchdown.

    4. Keep down and distance

Step through the downs, move the yards to go up or down, and point the arrow at the team with the ball.

    Built for the gridiron.

Some of these start switched off. Turn on what you need in Settings.

    Scoring buttons by name
Touchdown, field goal, extra point and two-point buttons are on the board for each team.
    Play clock
Tap 40 or 25 and it runs on its own between plays, even with the game clock stopped. The whistle sounds at zero.
    Down and distance
The board shows the current down and the yards to go.
    Possession and timeouts
One arrow points at the team with the ball. Three dots per team per half track timeouts, and using one stops the game clock.

    Questions.

Is this American football scoreboard free?

Yes, for every level of play. There is nothing to pay and no login, and your game stays on your device.

What are the scoring buttons worth?

A touchdown is 6, a field goal is 3, an extra point is 1 and a two-point conversion is 2. A safety also scores 2, so use the 2-pt button for that.

Does the play clock reset by itself?

No. Press 40 or 25 when the ball is ready and it starts counting at once. Tap the play clock at the snap to stop it. The whistle sounds at zero.

How do I get the score on a stadium or field-house screen?

Attach the screen as a second display and press Second screen. Drag the window to that display and click it to go fullscreen. The crowd follows score, clocks and downs while you run the controls.
